A litmus test at truth

A litmus test on what I believe is true:

1. Am I willing to experience the pain &/or discomfort of it being false? No, then I don’t know it’s true.

2. If yes, have I moved through this pain &/or discomfort enough to examine it fully? No, then I don’t know it’s true.

3. If yes, do I have all the essential facts on it? No, then I don’t know it’s true.

4. If yes, can I validate these facts in any way, shape or form? No, then I don’t know it’s true.

5. If yes, do I have first-hand experience of any of these facts? No, then I don’t know it’s true.

6. If yes, does anyone else I know personally have first-hand experience of any of these facts too? No, then I don’t know it’s true.

7. If yes, it’s probably true based on what I know for now, however given there’s so much I don’t know, I’ll need to remain open to the fact that with more experience &/or information I may discover it’s probably false.
